Kris! My poor neglected alien girl. I realised the other day that I hadn't drawn her for ages.

I'm pretty happy with how clean the final image is and have been trying to get my materials to look a bit more like materials. I'm particularly happy with the bodysuit. The only real change to the character design is she has a definite nose shape now, although still no nostrils.

I really need to get into the habit of drawing my characters in scenes, leaving out backgrounds is starting to get to me!

Kris is from the same story as Cosmos and Rema 0, she's part of a species that feed directly from the life of the organisms around them, communicate telepathically among themselves, levitate and have semi flexable crystalline 'hair'.

As a species they are generally passive and vague with little interest beyond their own ecosystem, but Kris was exceptional in the sense that she was interested in leaving her homeworld and does espionage work for the Cai.
