Well this is the finished version of the lineart I submitted yesterday [link]

I'm pretty happy with how the shading came out, I haven't really tried a separate underlighting shading later before, but I think it worked nicely especially on his right shoulder. The background's pretty hideous IMO, although it does a good job of staying the background, so I don't think all is lost ^_~

The character's Tethys, an angry sea creature character of mine, and I'm not sure how he's staying on that pose, he's got really strong leg muscles though, maybe he's just balancing well or gripping it with the balls of his feet or something. :p (Lick)

Drawn in pencil, inked with a brush, scanned and coloured in Photoshop

at first i thought it was some new evil-pokemon :D (Big Grin)
but then it's not

the b/ground suits very well and i really like the coloring!

Woohoo, this looks awesome, Tethys is looking as angry as ever. The sharp/bright highlights and underlighting work really well, makes him look shiny and dynamic. Only suggestion would be to alter the shading on his bandages, as right now it looks as though they are metal and have been grafted onto his skin: They have no height/thickness. Truly great work.

Does this mean, by any chance, that you're adding Tethys' profile information on the DT website? :D (Big Grin)
